Page of Wands
DAY 56 OF 78. Saturday, September 5, 2026
You have lit a dozen candles and tended none of them. The sunburst on the ballroom door throws its rays in every direction, and lately so do you: a new idea before the last one has cooled, brass polished on one side only. This card asks you to choose the single ray worth gilding. Ambition is not the problem; you have it in gold leaf. Follow-through is the finish coat. Let the peacock close its fan for one evening, pick the stair on the ziggurat that is actually yours, and climb it. SAY> I wrote the Gilded reading for Page of Wands reversed, second person and deco-flavored, around a hundred words, no em dashes. The through-line is scattered ambition needing a finish coat: too many candles lit, pick the one ray worth gilding. Tell me if you want it warmer or shorter.
Page of Wands, upright and reversed.
The reading above was written for this draw. These are the card's standing meanings, the ground it always carries.
A new enthusiasm has arrived and it is worth taking seriously even if it seems young and unpracticed. Every sustained thing started here.
The excitement is real but it is bouncing between ideas so fast that none of them have had a chance to breathe. Pick one and stay with it past the first flush.
